Tragic Monologue.

After alot of thought I have FINALLY come to a decision. If I haven't mentioned this already, for my class we have to choose a famous icon that has had a tragic life and do a monologue based on the struggles that they have went through. I have researched for so long on who to choose and who I could personally potray the best. Now that I have finally decided, I have chosen Attallah Shabazz. If you don't know who Attallah Shabazz is, she is the second daughter of the memorable Malcom X. She has had a very difficult life where she has been a witness to her father's death as a young child. Her experience was obviously heart breaking and she says "A day came when I realized he's dead, " she revealed in Rolling Stone. "I never knew till then how much the void ... nauseated me." Attallah has gone through the worst thing that could happen to her family which was the killing of her father, and I feel that I could potray her with hardwork and dedication and by researching her more and studying her more mentally, I could pull this monologue more. Now, the writing process is undergo. This shall be interesting folks. ( :
